cruise control wiring

I have a omp steering wheel, and I'm going to pick up a momo boss from demon tweeks on the weekend. My cars a 182. I'm not to bothered about losing the cruise control function, so when fitting the wheel and boss is it ok to just leave the wires unplugged and insulated? Or is there a better option?

it's only one plug with two terminals in it, will be fine just left.
