front arch spacing ?

Looking through an old build up thread and noticed that the front arches appear to be spaced out more than normal, has anyone on here done this or got any info? might help with future wheel fitment?

There's movement on the inner wing bolt to slide it in and out to line it up with the door.

Looks shite IMO.

Looks good for a proper track car running wider wheels/spacers etc, you'd look a bit of a plum with it on a normal car.

If you used it as a vent for the front wheel arches, you'd actually see improvements as it would stop the wheel arch from being pressurised and generating lift.
Yep. That's the thinking for the vent on the 197/200, if it was functional.
...and it looks sick. Bruh.

Ah so it does actually have a valid use then?, not just for less wheel the arch contact.
Yeah but to get the full effect you need to flat floor the car as well etc.

Shame they decided to use it to vent the engine bay instead! Lol! I suppose it's better than peppering the side of the car with s**t and snot though.
