Long shot but has anyone had a belt done by these folks? I know the smart money is on getting the belts changed by a specialist on here and that would be my preference, however the car I'm looking at had the belts and dephaser done 12k ago and less than a year by the aforementioned garage and has been running ever since.
I am told it has a misfire on idle and the EML is on due to it having a decat fitted, but it is cheap, a great spec and the rest of it looks in very good nick, I'm hoping the misfire is just a lead of coil pack, could it be anything more serious, apparently it clears up once moving but I have yet to travel to see the car.
What are your thoughts folks?
