Leaking water through my sunroof!

Does anybody know why I might be getting water driping through the controls of my sunroof? Also got water dripping through drivers side door from the top seal, might need to get that replaced.

Any ideas?

Probably the sunroof seal, everyones noticing it now its raining hard!
