How does it actually go about putting that power down?

Must be a right laugh.

It's not that bad actually, you can't really floor it at all in first gear but once in to second you can pretty much bury the throttle and the car will take off like a rocket. One of the down sides is that you find yourself gearshifting every 2 seconds. Of the gears were a bit longer it would be brilliant.

In winter I'd imagine it would be pretty hard to get the power down though.

I'd love a go in one, but then I'd hate getting back into my 182 afterwards.

It's a stunning car. Immaculate and stand looking on the outside but an absolute beast under the bonnet.
Hopefully we will see the new owner on here soon.

Completely agree about the shambles that is clioturbo.

  Clio 182 sport ,
well I'm the new owner of this car, I'm a pal of steves, and know the hassles Steve went threw getting the car to the stage it's at,

I'm not usually a Renault guy, have had a 182 before , but appreciate a nice car of any sort , When I got the chance to have a proper looking over the car, and a wee blast whilst mot ing it , I never mentioned to Steve but I already had in my head I wanted it , got speaking , went for another test drive and look at it, and a day later the deal was done , and although I paid a lot of money for a wee Clio, the car is mint condition , low miles , and an absolute pocket rocket, I prob won't use it to its full potential , but I'm happy just to have it , even if I don't use it much , Steve knows I'll look after it as I do with all my cars, so pretty sure he will be happy it's myself that bought it ,
