What is the format for the day anyway? Time as well or that matter.

The format is arrive for 10:00.
10 practice laps, 20 qualifying laps followed by a 30 lap final - Trophy for the winner
Because we only had 8 confirmed we are doing that race format.
I will refund you the extra £3 each on the day.

That's bizzare if they don't allow it as I'm a member for teamsport go karting and am always allowed go pros on track

Well, you're way more experienced than me then, for sure, but I've yet to see a circuit allow non-pro groups to go-pro themselves.
Indeed, I wasn't even allowed an iPod.
Provided we can get some stills of what the event panned out like, I don't think shaky go-pro footage will be missed
