renault clio
Hi, I have just changed the gearbox on my 1999 clio 1.6 rxe, the box seems to be fine while im driving but when I come to a stop the box makes a thud and it goes into limp home mode with the auto box light on, when I pull away again its very slow for about 10 seconds and then the light goes off and all seems to be ok until I stop again.
I have put fresh oil in the box (dexron 3) and checked the level and all is ok, ive also checked all the wiring to be sure everything is plugged in and all seems ok.
I did find out that the gearbox I took out was a dpo 002 and the new one I have put in is a dpo 046 could this be the problem?
Any help would be much appreciated. :S
