Reputable Garage, Lincoln, for general work

  Superleggera'd MK3
Hi :)

Dont suppose any of you know of a decent/reputable garage in lincoln for general bits and bobs that need sorting on my car (squeaky brakes, tyres need fitting, nothing serious like belts etc.)

Atm I use F1 Garage on tritton road who seem like nice lads but was wandering if you guys had some suggestions? The availabilty of a low/flat ramp would also be useful as the car struggles on some 4 post ramps.

Thanks :)

AT whites I've heard are okay.

I use Feathers in Thorpe on the Hill, he's a bit old school but not one to rip you off. Time estimation isn't his strong point!

Haha ive noticed that time estimation isnt the strong point of a lot of old school garages lol.

dont suppose you would know how much to expect to pay for a garage to just inspect some sqeaky breaks? I can see that the pads are fine so dont think they are the issue (maybe just grit/spring)?

cheers for the recommendation mate

I am in newark
I use mick at diamond motors in notts as normal garages just don't want to spend anytime investigating

A late reply, but if you are still looking, try Dave Clarke vehicle services, he is actually a Renault specialist and I installed most of his ramps, I know he has at least one that he could get it on. Not sure about his prices, but I've been there a few times and it always looks like they treat the vehicles with respect and I know he has pride in the work his staff do.
