Possibly, we went to French day last year in Dec and it was quiet and cold, but still worth it for a drive and a coffee

They probably have zero appeal on a motorway. Years ago I met an old man with an Integrale and he said he went everywhere using B roads as much as he could. That's the way to use those sorts of cars.
