Transfer files to laptop?

Connect both machines to wireless router (assuming you have one)
Right click on the folder you want to get the data from, click share and allow access to everyone, on new machine go to start > run enter \\192.x.x.x (ip of old machine) you will then need to authenticate so enter the username and password that is applicable to old computer, you will then see all the folders you shared. You can now drag and drop
