Expenditure on my car 182 so far

Not long sold my 16v W reg laguna to a mate, its now on 151,000 miles. I had it since 92k(4 years ago) and all i've had go since then is two rear wheels bearings. Usual wear and tear items like tyres expected/general servicing. 1 owner before me with all Receipts/full renault history, original...

Any 172 rust issues? + few ph1 questions

After selling my 182 to fund my Westfield build, i'm on the lookout for a ph1 172 with low miles so i can still have some fun everyday... My question is how do they fair for rust now they are 10 years old? Do they have rolled back arches like the 182s? I've seen quite a few standard ph1...

So where all the "good" 182s for sale.

Sold my FF 55 reg Inferno a few weeks ago for £6800, ok it had only done 7700 miles and was as new.. People DO pay 6k for them at the moment i had lots of interest... Theres a 54reg 15k mile met blue one on pistonheads at the moment 1 owner for 6100 looks good and i think the correct price.

    Clio Buying...

Posts like this always confirm to me that most cheap 182s are complete rubbish - And despite what people say on here, an actual mint 182 is still worth well over 6k for a late low mileage example. Although people seem to get 'minters' like the one above for 25p most weeks. I'm sure others...

    Petrol blue - premium?

I looked at the one with Recaros as it was for sale in late 2007 with only 8k miles, it was a bit tatty so i didnt buy it.. it annoyed me abit as i wanted it lol I have since seen it advertised without the Recaros seats in :-( If its in good nick then buy it as its a good price and you...

how old are you and what you driving?

Any pics of the rs2k 4x4, i had a mint one back in 2004 on 40k miles... there is less than 100 left now :-( In answer to the thread, i'm 26 and drive a 55 plate 182 inferno and a W plate Laguna for daily trips to work.

    soon to be clio182 owner

If the escort is any kind of modded you'll find the 182 abit boring and not that fast. I've got a 182 now and did have a Mint Slightly modded Fiesta RS Turbo a while ago... the 182 is just no fun in comparison, and the turbo noise/exhaust is just miles better on the RST. (my 182 is standard...

    Inferno - how rare???

You could have my FF inferno for about £7250(bargain if they can get 6700 for a poverty cup which is probably abit ropey) Mines a FF 55 plate on less than a quarter of the miles (7300) and completely as new, no kerbed wheels, Original Pe2's with the bobbles on the edges still, both cup packs...

    Inferno - how rare???

168 Inferno cups, 148 FF inferno's.. the one they are looking at is a cup i think :-)

    The Clio Williams Thread...

Bridgestones were not original fit to the Williams.. and you've got the wrong size too. Should be Michelin Pilot HX and 185/55 not 195/50 as fitted to your wheels. :-) Still looks cracking though.

    Got my new 182! FINALY

All new tyres? They should be the original Michelin Pe2 on that mileage? unless you mean they are still as new. If its had all new tyres i'd be questioning why at that mileage. Sounds like a good find though :-)
