I use Gwash and it always gets the job done well. Been using it since had the car detailed but definitely going to try reset after this bottle I think to see if there's a noticeable difference.

It's easier to use also. I think they updated reload again in 2019 but I think there are better out there now. Good topper for the cquartz range but I would reach for it. The streaking alone on certain colours and temps can be annoying.

C2V3 although not as "fancy" chemical wise, will last aslong and always looked brilliant.

Again these type of products imo are for certain things.

What would you recommend for a all in one type time saving solution? Something that provides gloss and longevity.

I'm using Turtle Wax Seal n Shine on my wife's car and it's ridiculously easy to use aswell as dirt resistant. Plus it's cheap. Lots of YouTube reviews of it, the name did put me off but can honestly say it's one of the best products I have used for a long time.

Its a very good product and will give added protection for quite some time too

On my new ST, the twin chrome rear exhaust tips were starting to get a little sut build up, so i was using the alloy wheel cloth and started to clean the tips with some APC and I've made loads of fine marks all over the chrome, I've got some gyeon chrom polish, would that get rid of the light marks with a towel? I shouldn't of used it as the alloy cloth was for the inside back of the rims.

Any ideas by hand to remove the light marks? thanks

Metal polish should shift them.

Maybe some #00 grade wire wool in combination with the polish, that's usually my go to for exhaust tips.

THIS! 00 grade wire wool will work wonders in conjunction with a metal cleaner,but that combo would be a last resort,as i only use 00 grade wire wool on very tarnished metals...i would first try just a decent metal cleaner like autosol or the britemax twins that would work extremely well when using just cloths and a good amount of arm power...

Only the liquid 845, was my first ever wax!

Easy and forgiving to apply and buff off, even if put on too thick.

Brilliant to use with a machine (or by hand of course) and the beading and durability are quite good as well.

If I had to name one disadvantage is that its quite easy to over apply as it's a liquid.

Top tip, warm up the bottle in some warm water the first couple of times and when using in winter as it can be quite thick and get a squirt bottle top for it from another bottle (poorboys bottle tops work well).

Bought a new car just before lockdown and it's been sat on the drive ever since. I've noticed it doesn't smell great inside, not like terrible but stale... anyway the other day I lifted some trim and think I've found the issue. A load of old tobacco dotted around 😬

Obviously needs a good vacuum but is there a decent product I can use to neutralise? Then hang a good air freshener I guess!

A good comparison is ag hd for durability. Collinite will last but it's just not nice imo. Autoglym hd over colli. Even better for cheaper than colli is bilt hamber waxes.

Collinite 845 was what I used years ago when I had my Clio and was pretty happy with it and it was easy to use and gave good beading. I'm not sure why you'd bother now with the likes of C2v3 about though.

Just use snowfoam in it. I've got a smaller version and the snowfoam cleans so much better putting it through that than through a lance.

I’ve got a DAS6 and a Rupes Bigfoot mini. If I could afford it I’d buy a Rupes Bigfoot in a heartbeat.

The Rupes is quieter and the vibration is much less than the DAS.
