Rog, looks like some nice updates there.. cheers mate. I just run the standard fork which does need a bit of grease from time to time where the conical shaped washer sits in the fork to stop squeaks, it also feels much lighter when greased too!

Defo yeah. I’m sure nick would sell that extra support separately.
I removed the box fitted the new fork and refitted the box Then found that washer your talking about to fit the old fork 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

How long you had yours fitted and how you found it

Pretty much 2 years mate, I have a custom pedal setup using an AP racing master cylinder but using the pure stuff on the gearbox end. I’ve found it to be so much better than the cable setup, sharper changes.. I used to get a bit of clutch drag using a cable clutch between shifts on the track and this sorted that, I use the Sachs performance clutch too.

One thing I will say so it doesn’t happen to you is make sure you thread lock the body of the cylinder, mine unwound itself on the way to the ring in Belgium (don’t actually know) we’d just been cruising for miles and miles and had a few blasts when I went to change gear and my clutch pedal went to the floor... so I pulled over (all mates gone in the distance) feeling a bit worried, also 35+ degrees. Luckily caught it just in time with the internal spring just sitting there and fluid leaking out. Anyway managed to get my hand in the red hot bay and screw it back together, luckily just enough fluid in the reservoir to make it to the ring where I sourced new fluid, duct tape and cable ties... never came loose again! Ive had to buy a right angled drill to drill out the rivets/pclips holding the brake lines to the bulk head.
Now this is done I can start measuring up the new setup finally.

Its one of my favourite builds. I'm sure having come this far you want to finish it and deserve to get it on track 👍

Thanks 😊
Yeah it defo deserves to be finished and beaten on track 👍🏻 Just need to stop adding to it but I find the build as enjoyable as actually driving it 😂

Got my Tilton brake bias adjuster mounted and routed today, went for the yellow knob. Just need attaching to the pedal box.

Also fettled the scuttle panel to clear and give access to the brake and clutch fluid. Gave the scuttle a lick of paint aswell.

Nice job with the scuttle. Looks really tidy

Thanks. I’m tempted to buy a new scuttle panel and do it again tho 😂🤔 as I cut into the side rather than just cutting a hole, if that makes sense. Took a abit of strength out of it but the bonnet will hide and help that i think.

Do you mean the very end of the scuttle under the bonnet hinge? I didn't spot that bit, maybe make the cut closer to the left hand bottle lid if you do it again

Id defo do it like you suggested if I do get another but it’ll be ok for now I think. The scuttle Clip will hold it fairly tight.

Was a pleasure drawing this one, the colours look great on it.

Are they streamline carbon doorcards?

Thanks Neil.

No I don’t think they are, I think I got them off eBay. The same seller that does the carbon foot trays 🤔

I'm guessing K swap, everything is getting K swapped at the moment (only because there's a company released a set out mounts, and I want to do it)

I can't take the suspense, put us out of our misery 🤣 every time there's a comment I check to see what the engine news is. A lot of guesses on K swap, my PMS engine theory has gone when you sold manifold, latest Clio or Megane engine?
