Trip conversion from miles to kilometers

Hello!
Since now I finally have a trip button on my car I want to see if I can fix a thing on the trip computer too.

Making a long story short my track car born as non sport, so at some point I swapped dashboard with a sport one, but I live in italy and fitted a dash out of a uk car.
Everything works ok, speedo has the double scale mph/kph but the trip always displayed miles. I've searched in the forums but without finding solutions. Is there a way to switch from miles to kilometers?

There must be a way because on the dash test mode you can see MPH and KPH in the digital display.

On newer Renaults, you use the up and down arrows on the right stalk, but the Clio doesn't have that

Yeah that's why I decided to open this thread hehehe, this morning when I tried your trick for fuel I've seen it so I thought hey then it should be possible to do!!
I've found on scenic there is a combination of actions for doing it...
It would just be cool to keep a bit of track on thjngs..

Only other way i can think of is with the Renault Clip software.

Already tried in the past but it was a no-go.
Did the whole Instrument panel reprogram and sorted out some little things but didnt find trace of that setting.
I know there is a way to program the dash alone but it requires a special cable/device.
Once I had a friend who worked in renault and when I changed the dashboard he told me he could match my original mileage to the new dashboard.
Unfortunately I didn't gave him the dashboard to do.. then after a while he met a woman and literally disappeared from everywhere.

Might be possible to reprogram with Ren0link. You can change more than clip usually, mileage etc.

Oh, If I will not able to find andy gimmick to change it from car buttons I'll have a go with that.
I recall some years ago I used DDT4all to change liters/100km to km/l on my Clio 4RS. And also enable RS Monitor and Android auto

I could look here in italy for an italian metric dashboard, but I prefer spending those money on fuel for track honestly. I prefer to try fix things instead of replacing them
