Those coilovers arent bad at all, mate has them on his Ph1 track car and I've found them pretty good.
Is the gearbox leak certainly driveshaft and not selector seal traveling, I'd probably guess not with how you describe, but its always a thought.
Noisy dephaser, plus belts were due next year anyway, so doing belts and loads of other bits too. And the gearbox is off for rebuild, so clutch etc there too..

Thats probably slightly true, I do happen to pick good days, and the bad I have a Gazebo for.
I actually converted the 1.9 to a SMF before I put the engine in the Clio, so no issue with that when changed to Megane box..

I'd pull injector plugs one by one, to prove what cylinder it is so you can hone in on that cylinder.
I can't think of any other things to suggest, as it sounds like a injector f**king up, but as you've changed that, highly unlikely. You've done everything I would have done by now.

As for a helpful post, I don't think you'll get any answer on here, nobody on here would trust, or use K-tec for any kind of mapping.
Beware, their mapping is usually terrible, so a generic map like this certainly can't be good.
Few bits to update, nothing major, just been figuring things out etc.
Mocked up the induction and boost pipes, couple of mods required on the boost pipes, but this will work.. Once I get the extra joiner.

Battery box, Don't f**k about, put it in a proper box, and bare in mind, It needs to be vented really.

I think its to steady it, the tab for the bolt isnt strong enough to hold it well enough IMO.
Although a new sensor, won't be tight at all, its due to all the rust build up.
