Indeed lol, it even had Chris doubting the calibration of his RR
It's not too bad in all honesty, the diff does cause a lot of torque steer but as long as you're progressive with the throttle it's manageable
Tbh the power has been pegged back a bit since that RR, wound the boost back a...
The links got broken hence why they're not there now.
This is one of the powergraph after it had been on EFI RR, making plenty of power and torque
and the video of the RR run, manifold glowing nicely torwards the end lol.
Bit of an update.
Not many pictures but a fair few bits done since the last time I posted.
Had the cambelt and aux belt changed, which turned out to be a wise decision as the tensioner wasn't fitted correctly and the timing was ever so slight out.
Next up was to drop the oil and change the...
Yours must have sounded brutal Chip, they bark quite a bit with just a filter on but with ITBs I can only imagine what it was like lol.
Really can't get on with the front end of the UKDM, much prefer the JDM front ends.
Cars looks awesome Ben.
Off topic though, are you involved with any of the houses on Roseway Avenue in Cadishead? Pretty sure I've seen you driving around the area, if it's not you it's someone who looks very similar to you and drives the same car. lol
My Ph-1 was my favourite car overall. Really strong engine and it's ability to mix it up on track with big boys made it an absolute winner for me.
My current car, aesthetically it's by far the best car I;ve owned but it's still got a fair way to go to match the ph-1 for pure driving fun.
Yeahhh it made a right mess underneath, oil everywhere and it looked like something had exploded lol. Thankfully it was just the sensor.
I couldn't tell you as the previous owner had fitted it, although I imagine it does make an improvement over the standard set up.
Bit of an update as I've done a few bits on the car here and there.
1st up was the Cam Position Sensor. I noticed I had a lot of oil around the coilpack area and down the side of the gearbox. I removed the sensor to find there was no seal on it....

It's not too bad IMO, it's just the search engine on there that's a bit iffy tbh, it can be quite difficult to find exactly what you're after at times.
Gave the car it's 1st proper cleaning since buying it so I grabbed a few quick iPhone photos, not the best as I'm useless with photography but they'll have to do for now.

It's hilarious on a bumpy off cambered road, a lot of people complain about the way it pulls you about as it's moving the power from wheel to wheel but I reckon it adds to the whole drama of the car. Haven't had a chance to push it in the corners yet because the roads round here have been really...
The wheels and the gloss black bits? You know 6months ago I'd have agreed with you but black wheels have really grown on me lately, as long as the tyres are kept blacked that is. lol
Following on from this thread I posted a few months ago, http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?696945-MK1-FRS-DC2-or-DC5, I bit the bullet and went for the Ford choice. I feel really lucky with this FocusRS as it was only local and being honest I was always going to buy it when I 1st saw...
