Who fitting the itbs dude.. You should of give us a call I'm sure we could of got them fitted and balanced. What ecu are you running? Did you get a gen90 in the end.

The small flexi is swagged onto the pipe therefore specialist equipment is needed. The only screw on flexi is between the beam and the chassis. A repair will be okay although I would just replace the pipe dude.. How much are they charging you for the repair?

If your speedo works and your car doesn't move then as tony said it is your circlip.. Cheap fix but can be a pain :/

Hmmm unless they have specialist hydraulic swaging equipment I can't see them making you a new 1 unless its a section of pipe they are failing and they will just chop affected area and replace with new.. Renault sell all pipes ready made and bent I believe so getting hold of 1 shouldn't be a...

On a 197 it's I think the battery and fuse box plastics needs to come out.. The airbox is at the back joe :P Or if you can borrow a ramp pump it in :)
