Took a gamble and bought with little service history at 48k 5 years ago,
Cambelt changed twice, recent one full job at btm jan 2014 at 95k...
Fred @ btm told me that my trophy took more than 5l when he did my belts. Checked for leaks and no probs. cars been fine since and that was 18k miles ago.
Does anyone know how long the aux belt lasts? As in how many miles until you change? Is it 30k?
I have a prospeed and despite what i have heard from some people, i am very happy with mine. Miles better noise than oem but only when you fancy a blast. Very quiet at 70mph with no drone at all. Had mine 5 years and no problems. Even if there was charlie would sort it anyway.
Give it a good drive until the light comes on and give it half a tank of V. Should be fine then. Mine goes dodgy sometimes if i haven't been able to get momentum or v power.
