For a track toy it doesnt want much more than 400 before it will struggle but we'll see.
Once i sort the fuel system the plan is to go for 1.5 bar and judging by what it's making at 1.2 it will be well over...
Most stock ecus are just flashed then logs taken and the map adjusted so yes they can be mapped and if you can be bothered to hack saw the ecu case you can even use an emulator to live map although pointless on a diesel IMO. Have a custom map done on the Dyno and you will see some good increases!
Most supermarket fuel is rubbish, end.
Tesco 99 and Vpower are what i'd use in any of my cars. Also you tend to find a better MPG after using a couple of tanks!
Worse fuel we have ever seen time and time again.
On a standard octavia back to back, i.e. drained it on the dyno then added vpower the morrisons fuel was down 10hp and knock correction of -7.5kw! Vpower had 0 correction
