if you done that leak off test right i would say that injector is passed its best. pump pressure should be around 300 bar when cranking

Have you cleaned the egr valve. I use clip to recode injectors we have had injectors re built in work and they have been fine

Door skins are often not painted or treated on the inside of the door where its get damp most of the time.

Do not use sealer its hit and miss. I use black tack from renault 18 quid a roll. Make sure the hinges on the glass are ok. and a bit of grease on the glass seal.

Take the wipers off and the plastic panel. the o/s drain is really small and you need to cut the end off it.

Bulkhead drains are very common on the mark 3. It will be wet inside.

They do whistle a bit. but check the inlet manifold for leaks. if its a whine not a whistle could be a over tensioned belt.

For a start that fault means nothing to me. You need clip test (renault computer). As they will point you in the right direction. As some non renault machines won't tell you right.
