mine not ben run propper in 2 years (had a new engine in too). i got an old 98 ron map from fast chip on my car ron about 32mpg round town not had chance to give it a run yet tho

i think a lot of it comes down to = what do you want from it and what mods you have got. you could get between 5-15 bhp (mods depending)?
