Check the front right wheel bearings for play, top mounts and for any damage to the the subframe, wishbones or hubs. I'm not quite sure how to read that schematic, but you either have the camber or the caster out on one side. The readouts aren't conclusive for me as to which is which.

Its your pads causing it, ds2500 are infamous for it. The disks basically need a skim after they have left the deposits.... It can be improved with driving but can't be made perfect.

You will be alright to paint the caliper carrier in hamerite, it will just fall off the actual stub axle itself but who's going to see ;). The bearing face is the part that has the spacer and the nut screwed on the end, emery it up if its showing signs of water ingress.
