It's still not a puma though is it! Why not bring out a small coupe on the fiesta chassis and call it a puma. Every manufacturer is just bringing out as many suv's of verious sizes as they can with. Can't wait for Ford to bring out a new Escort, capri, anglia ect.
They look OK but it shouldn't be called a Puma. Do they not have any imagination to call them something else rather than digging up old ones especially ones with a cult following and are so different to the modern named one.
Ah cheers. I would like some more but they are going for silly money!
Got another 4 sets of alloys but all different lol could realy do with selling my 3 other sets and getting some more turbines or selling the lot and getting some td Pro rallys like I had on the puma.
Cheers @Typhoon I am sure I will get it sorted! Well put it this way its doing a rally in October so it WILL be done.
@Rojer if your local and don't mind giving a hand that would be awesome. Tbh lots of it is just time consuming and a 2 man job.
Something like a td Pro rally would probably fit as rally forest wheels are designed to run the largest brakes they can under them. There were the only wheel I could get to fit the Puma with 4 pot Alcons on.
A while ago @massivewangers suggested a workshop day to help me out so I thought it was time I would ask the forum members to help if they can.
I am not going to bore you with a sob story but a lot has gone on in my life the last few years hence the dream of building the Twingo has always been...
Am I correct in thinking that the Twingo will be selective as the clio for its gearbox oil?
I have a load of Rock Oil 75w80 left from a joblot a purchased ages ago. Would this be any good in the Twingo box? Also it's in a rally car so would it be an idea to run other stuff, recommendations...
I would get the wheels off and check the gaz have not developed cracks or any other damage.
My gaz had cracks in the rears after one track day and glad I got rid of them as the car was better on avo's (car wasn't a clio). Also if its dipping and diving under braking fronts could of lost fluid...
Strong enough for rallying? As there is not much around at a sensible price.
I am looking for some for the rear of my 133 rally car (same units as 172)
Dash cuts look nice and neat. You need to get the inside painted as it would look so much better. It may also of been an idea to put the seat on weld in bars as it would of future proof it if you wanted to go racing or rallying.
So today played. Dirt 2.0 (crap on a controller, would imagine good on a good wheel setup)
Pubg was crap also!
Got Battlefield 4 to try next time I get a chance.
