me and my mate azz, are leaving ours around 9;30/9;45. will take around an hour for us, so you lot going from the services should take a little less being bypass/motorway.
LOL , they just look out of place on nearly all the mk2 rear screens. saying that, i dont think renault really bother with putting thought into ' does it look aright in that position '
i dont worry, i look even more like a twonk now ive had my eyes tested today. will defo be wearing glasses :(
BTW can you bring a glow plug relay/time unit with you? i need to try one on my dci to check the voltage going to the glows.
cant fathem out if mines fooked or not.
i cant find the photo of it, but it has the same three mounting holes. the fuel inlet banjo but the return isnt connected to the injector returns anymore.
the pump return is also on a banjo on the side, and the leak back from injectors goes to some little black tubes at the top of the pump...
my ' special injectors ' ( hdi nozzles ) are currently in a box as i thought they was causing my cold start issue ( long story after checking almost everything )
so im now on pov spec 80's ( still goes like a rocket mind )
the newer pumps are built different, according to the delphi site...
i have finally ordered all the pipe work to do mine. 2'' SS for hard pipes
hybrid has arrived back this week after allot of arguing who's fault it was for the last one shitting itself.
oh and the newer K9K delphi pump on order ;) same bolt pattern, but better set up inside the pump...
and what does oil do when i leaks out of an engine.... it goes everywhere. gravity will pull it down.
if your cam cover is pissing out oil, i'll be running down the head onto the headgasket and everything else.
VERY rare a head gasket goes on a 1.5dci !
Had anyone noticed if we are talking about a f4r turbo or a dci ?
if a dci , it actually states on the turbo replacement instructions to replace oil feed and return lines / clear out intercooler and pipe work.
I've done allot of dci. Engine changes now and it still takes me 8/9 hours to do...
The transh1t DI or tdci engines have an oil tensioner. they have a 'revised' tensioner out that now removes a peg off it, which used to hold the tensioner guide at a set point ( near max ) until the oil pumped up enough
one thing I will never like is chain driven engines. After all the jaguar...
hi all, need an uprated clutch for my 1.9 DTi engine. the standard one is ok but it will not last five minutes once i get it fitted and running on a hard tune.
the fly is already solid mass not dual like the 1.9 dci.
soooo i would like to get a uprated clutch to hold a good lump of torque...
