Great first post Andy! It sounds like the car would be perfectly suited to your needs mate.

    Cannot find one I like!

The for sale section here is good; buying cars from forums tends to be a good things as it's easier to track the history. If you were willing to compromise on colour, there is a lovely Flame Red one for sale currently on here for a smidge over £2k.

    Cannot find one I like!

No one is suggesting that you should. It's just seems that for something as specific as what you're looking for, you may need to either a) broaden your horizons a little and search further afield, or b) up your budget.

So you've been waiting a week for a low milage Monaco to come up locally for under £2k? Right oh. One thing with these cars, buy on condition over milage, always.

    My Primer Coloured Fiat 500

Haha, excellent! I need mine mapped to be essesse pace tbh, it's not slow but feels a tad wheezy occasionally. I'm not sure on the wheels tbh Jay, if I keep the car I'll possibly look to buy some PR 1.2's like in my PS a few pages back.

    Show us your Williams'

Was a lovely looking car, wish I would have kept it for sunny days but it wasn't ideal as a daily. I believe it has since been written off with flood damage. Shame :dapprove:

    Macro - first foray

I also think that Photobucket hosting has killed the quality. How many times do I need to tell you to get a Flickr account? ;)

CLIO IV RS - Trophy from page 111

There's no denying it'll be a good car. I'm sure it'll be be great. The 5 door thing doesn't bother me. Neither does the turbo'd engine, I prefer N/A but as I realist I know that that's not a viable option anymore. I, however, don't like flappy paddle gearboxes. It's not that they're not...

Looks miles better in the photoshop. I'm still not a fan, but won't list my reasons as I can't be arsed justifying them to the high horses in this thread.

Excellent mate, I'm looking forward to using it. Never tried using an ND before, so should be a challenge. Also recieved my Cokin grads last night. Had a quick play this morning, for the price I'm impressed!

Finally got round to ordering a 10 stop filter this morning, went for the Haida mk2 in the end as it was cheap and apparently uses B&W glass. Hope it arrives by saturday as I fly on sunday! Found a cool app too called LongTime, it basically calculates the correct exposure time for your ND :)

    My Primer Coloured Fiat 500

I'll let you take mine for a spin next time I see you mate. PS, because of you, I've spent the evening looking at Bilstein B14's and wheels.

    My Primer Coloured Fiat 500

Sounds awesome Dan, did you go out in it? I'm tempted to map mine, stick some black PR 1.2's and coilovers on, as it would look amazing. We'll see how my commission goes in the first few months of my new job :)

Go with Sky and do an MTA for when your missus passes if it's only a few days away?

    N/A drag racer

Unless they were going for a specific class, i.e 2.0 N/A, it seems utterly pointless as a drag car tbh. Still awesome, however. Like Chip says, that engine in a Caterfield would be brilliant.

Fool Somebody. I've been rolling around, all around town, in my Beetle. Clearing speedbumps, with no problem, cause it ain't low. If only I could make it lowwwww. So I changed my photoooo. AND SHOWED CLIOSPORT OOOH OH OH OOOH OH OH. AND SHOWED CLIOSPORT OOOH OH OH OOOH OH OH. Would have...

Yep. Tell fibs on CS and you're never going to live it down. Tell pathetic fibs and you feel the full wrath, delete your avatar and go and cry into your VW PJ's. And still pretend you have a low beetle.
