OP, have a look at MDP Supplies in Bromborough, they are great for vinyl and well priced. They also sell the air release vinyl which is much more forgiving and has channels for trapped air to escape like Tony mentioned!

Definitely mate, I really enjoy doing it anyway so a top car is a bonus. I don't think it would have been as enjoyable with a flat black paint though.

I will be testing it out on other things but the product landed on my doorstep Friday and needed to be reviewed by today. The place I used it is where I'd use apc and it worked as good as any other, with the benefit of not smelling like brick cleaner! I would happily buy this for just that job...
