Glazes are pointless because the Gtechniq sealants need sterile paintwork for the best bond. The paintwork on this one was literally perfect bar one very minor scuff, which I removed, so polishing would be a waste of time and would be removing paint unnecessarily if done properly.
This was a very unique case...
The dealership prepared a car for the guy in March, messed it up, tried to correct it.. made it worse.
Quite rightly the owner rejected it and asked for a new one, so they said it's not getting touched when it arrives and pinned all responsibility on me before I...
Hi guys, another new car protection from me, this time at Watford Audi, protecting a Sepang Blue Audi S5!
A few before shots of the S5; not majorly dirty, but completely untouched from the factory with perfect paintwork for once!
The car was pre-washed with citrus power, left to dwell...
It was getting made in America apparently, when it gets sorted I will ask him to get some photos.
Thanks mate.
Pretty impressed with it to be fair, gloss is effortless and it does a bit or cleansing as well. I think I'd still lean towards Tripple in future unless there needed to be some...
Few tips I've found that work best, apply using a foam applicator cut into 4 instead of cotton pads, cleanliness is key and make sure you apply systematically and evenly, as it's a ball ache to see where you've been, hence why they recommend two coats. :)
Someone on a forum somewhere says they are rubbish, so they must be.
This guy really hasn't cared about money on this car so I doubt he skimped on them because of cost.
£65... underpricing imo, that's a day's labour if done properly.
After materials, services, insurance, rent etc. they won't be taking much of that home between them!
Hi guys, it seems to have been a while since I posted anything here, but I thought some may appreciate this one..
Around 6 months ago I viewed a very special Ford Focus RS, with the hope for it to be ready for yesterday's Ford Fair show. The main reason for such a far out aim was because...
Yea, people are making out as if it has been GTA blown up, the interior was burnt out but expensive seats are replaceable.
The R8's on the other have been properly destroyed!
Thanks for the comments guys, No Matt, not that I know of!
As I said, the car will be back on the road soon enough, it was made out much worse than it is!
Hi guys, hadn't noticed all these comments!
The Lambo wasn't damaged much at all, just some interior and a smashed window, but the owner thinks it will be back on the road in 5 weeks.
The two R8's and Bentley are in a much worse condition which is a real shame for the cars, but someone has...
I wish!
I get asked that a lot, but it's not really any difference between cars except the potential damage costs, which are insured anyway so no extra cost to pass on. Charging more would just be taking advantage of people, imagine if every business did that! Prices are on the website if you...
Thanks Rob, just passed my first year under the business name, not full time because I still have the love for it that way, I get to put all of the money back into it and don't have to worry about getting the next detail to live lol
Literally my dream car, annoyingly £320k isn't something many...
Thanks mate!
Only in and out of the unit, which was the scariest thing I've ever done! Flicking the safety flap up for the start button was pretty cool though, it barks when it starts up!
Thanks guys!
I try, it's something for people to recognise :)
He's actually a really nice guy, not...
Hi all, another special one from me!
A few weeks ago I was contacted by someone many will know as Lord Aleem, to give his 2-week old Rosso Mars Lamborghini Aventador Roadster LP700-4 some gloss and protection for the Gumball Get Together in London the next day.
We made the trip up to...
