I couldn't tell you to be honest, previous owner had got them changed and I have not had the car that long.
I'm going to get the cambelt etc checked out I suspect its not quite right, for instance in 2nd gear at 4k rpm it sounds and feels like its bouncing off the limiter..

I thought I explained already something doesn't sound/feel right when I rev past 4k it sounds like its already hit the limiter and not gaining much speed.... Then I chicken out!

I think some people are missing the fact for an 'R' reg it looks very tidy apart from that dent on the nearside rear 1/4 but that sort of thing does come with age.
Sure the mods are not to everyone's taste but each to their own.
It's always better to gain some experience in a less powerful car for obvious reasons, like the above posts stick with the 1.2 for the moment and one day you will have the privilege of some powaaa!
