Wife has a Pixel 5. I'd originally bought her a Oneplus Nord, but she didn't like a few minor things to do with the OS system and how it did things compared to her P30. So sent it back and she ordered the Pixel 5 instead. She seems much happier with it to be honest.
Still waiting on the...
Ordered from eBay last week when they had an offer on. I ordered from the seller with the quickest delivery, as wanted it for this weekend.

Cheers guys for confirming. I know designs can sometimes change, and advert pictures aren't always of the actual item.
Weird that the part number is correct though.
So I attempted to change the gearbox mount this morning, with a vibra technics mount.
It seemed large when I received it. But didn't think it'd be an issue and it didn't register that it was different to the picture advertised.
Anyway, it doesn't physically fit. Can anyone confirm I've...
I've had a magnaflow fitted to my 182 decat pipe earlier this year. Passed the not fine in September. The year before the same tester said it only scrapped a pass with the original cat in place.
They will sell it separate, as i enquired about it a while ago. I think it's like £225 extra if you buy the exhaust system. But they wanted something like £350 for just the CAT (don't quote me on that price though it was a year ago i asked). But as my system is 2.25 sleeved, it wouldn't have...
The only car I've ever sold using this type of platform was too Evans Halshaw. It was a Ford C-Max 1.6 ecoboost on 2011. Think they gave me £4300 for it. There wasn't many made with this engine, so of the handfull on autotrader at the time of similar age and mileage. it was actually a good...
Easy solution: Mount TV to wall using a moveable bracket. When you need to get into that door, you'll be able to move the TV across out the way. Now you can upgrade to a 65+" TV without any problems.
The results for GrpN and 197 cams always looks pretty good, when looking at the before lines and gains etc. But at the same time i've seen plenty of Clio's running 185bhp and 165ftlb on standard timing and cams from EFI with the usual breathing mods, ie exhaust, induction, decat.
I understand...
Pretty sure i sold the owner of that car the Exhaust that's fitted to it about 6 months ago, i noticed it was up for sale on Facebook earlier. He's spent quite a bit of time and money on the car over the last 8-9 months by the sounds of it. So I'd assume that's going to be a good buy to be...
I've got the OnePlus Nord also, it was a great upgrade from my Note 8. I can't really fault it to be honest, and when comparing it to other phones from Samsung, etc with similar specs it's amazingly cheap. The only thing that put me off was the lack of headphone jack really. But I'm used to that...
I did this on my MR2 Roadster. Gained me a couple of inchers maybe, but made the seat much less comfortable. I needed the room to fit in the car better, but as I removed so much material from the bottom, the rear of the seats shape didn't work to well with my back causing the discomfort.
Never...
I've put them on my wife's Golf, we had PS4's on her previous car, but the goodyears were quite a bit cheaper, so opted for them instead when we changed her car.
Whilst the car isn't driven hard, I do throw it around a little when on my own in it, and I'd say the performance is very similar...
Passed emissions last Friday actually, failed on a brake pipe. I meant to ask about the emissions actually, as it was close the previous year with the original cat installed. This year there was no comment though, so assume it's working properly at least.
Sounds better than when the normal cat...
@andy_coops
Pretty sure it's VBO looking at the reg. If so I've owned this car twice, and sold it too @JayA
I also bought it from a member on here who had it a while, and sold it to buy a RS250.
Link to the first time I sold it:

I'm 6'3", and wouldn't entertain owning another 172/182 with standard seats.
The least you'll want is a set of recaros with Jon foz low mounts. I believe these are about 40mm lower than the standard seat, depending on what type of recaro seat you opt for.
I'm using recaros from an Evo 8 (I...
Perhaps. I'd not considered it to be honest. However, I'm not that keen on a curved screen, it still doesn't have a 3.5mm jack, it's almost 1 year old, so likely only to get updates for another year. And is almost 50% more money.
I had been eyeing up the 8 prior to lockdown, but don't think the...
Ordered the OnePlus Nord today to replace my 2.5+ year old Note 8.
It's not perfect, but at £379 it should be a decent replacement for my aging Note 8.
I was a little concerned about the camera ability initially, but I think from the reviews it seems pretty solid using the main lens, wide angle...
That's interesting to know.
I'll probably hold out buying a bigger battery until i expand my Ryobi tool collection, currently at 1No. haha
Like i said it's not been a major deal for me up to know, even just using a breaker bar to start it moving then wiping the bolt out with the gun saves...
Provided the wheel nut/bolts haven't been tightened by an ape it's perfectly fine for a wheel change. I think the only bolt I've had issues with so far has been the wheel hub bolt, but that was probably tighter than the required torque also. For the money I've been pretty happy with mine, makes...
Definitely find somewhere where you can sit in them prior to ordering, otherwise you could be wasting your money.
For bases look into Jon Foz X-low bases unless your very short. The omp option sits about 3 inches higher and they don't sit level without lots of messing around.
Standard belts...
I bought a magnaflow 200 cell cat of ebay for £73, and a milltek decat pipe for £35 (20% discounted at the time). @dann2707 has offered to cut these up and weld them for me. I just need to pull my finger out and arrange to drop them off.
As my system is only 2.25 inch i needed a reducer too...
When I had two cars insured with Aviva on a multi car policy, the second car was insured using NCB mirroring. I was told after the first year that the NCB would become stand alone after the policy ended, so I'd be able to take it elsewhere the following year.
In terms of cost the year before I...
I'd rather pay an extra £100 a year on road duty than drive an ordinary electric car to be honest.
I've no issue with paying more either to be fair. If electric cars are indeed greener, and the vast majority are driving them, then great.
Anyway, it's only another 25 years until my Clio is exempt.
I'll be removing some from my Trendline, if you fancy some second hand ones for a little less. They have a few scratches, but a quick rub down and a blast of paint, would have them looking new again.
I've had 5 clio 182's now, my current one is fitted with a Janspeed ktec system as above. It's only 2.25 inch diameter (they did a 2.5 inch diameter version called an ultra). It's definitely the best sounding exhaust I've had.
Currently fitted with a decat which makes them quite a bit louder...
No help to you, but i always wonder how people afford/justify running multiple cars.
When i had my MR2 i had a multi car policy with Aviva with my Clio 182. The MR2 was basically standard and the clio had the usual mods all declared, total for the year for me was £550. Annoyingly at the time a...
