Check brake pad wear initially, then caliper sliders. Having no meat on the pads and a sticking lower slider caused a similar noise on my 182.

Before worrying about a possible head gasket failure, take it for a good, long blast and then re-check the oil cap. Lots of short journeys can cause this build up.
