They look like the remains of an old alarm and id say that as the old owner lived on a farm they have been chewed by a mouse.

Mine came up with a code about a "random and intermittent misfire" which turned out to be an injector, it did bring up the Mil light though.

Id say it was an injector as you have replaced nearly everything else apart from them and Lambda sensors.

Has anyone ever even tested the difference on a RR ? I'll try and find the one they done on an Evo, which incidentally all use open cone filters when they are swapped and the results are surprising.

That was fitted lol and the £72 for diagnostics. The worst part was i actually swapped over an injector from my 172 and it cleared the injector fault but i still had the random misfire one there left, i then continued to break the 172 injector by dropping it putting it back in the original car...

This morning i solved the mystery of what i thought was a random rear wiper fault, it turns out that when i select reverse the rear wiper comes on then goes off when i come out of it. Ive never managed to link the 2 before lol. Now is this common knowledge or a fault :o Either way i like it...

The serv and airbag light needs a specialist tool, the above OBD reader will tell you the fault codes and clear them but not the others.

I always overprice my "best offer" sales that way when they give a stupid offer its not as stupid as it would be.
