I serious thought there would be some haters due to the colour and lardy arse lol.
I took it to Mark Fish Motorsport today for a health check due to vague steering, it now getting 2 new CV boots, track rod end, tie rod, upper engine mount and front discs and pads. Ouch.
Yeah i really like the colour, it would of been nice to have the cup pack but its only for driving to and from work and to carry my fishing gear so didn't really want to spend to much.
Thanks :)
This is what i replaced my 182 with as i needed something a bit bigger, i ain't really had a chance to drive it properly yet but so far im quite impressed.
It has a full stainless Scorpion exhaust, Eibach springs and forge dump valve.
There was a new Volvo hatch thing that slid off into the wall at Surtees/Mclaren if that what they are called and also a nice Red BMW E46 that was totaled there as well as all the others that span off there, i think there was some oil on the inside of the track just before the turn.
Had it mapped on Weds, wow, it's made an awesome care that little bit more special.
So much lower down power and respone, I still got 38.7 mpg on a run on the M25.
It should be around 350/500.
I spent over 10k building this engine (cams, pistons, rods, turbo & manifold, intercooler, injectors, lifters and springs, valves, head work, fuel pump, the list is endless) only to kill it within a few days by feeding the inlet a nut i dropped, i then had to have another complete forged rebuild...
Yep, his is low with loads of carbon and red bits with 15" Anthracite Speedline alloys. Really nice looking Clio. I was parked next to him for a bit.
Yeah :)
Steering wheel and Boss arrived as has all the brakes and new hub, they will be getting fitted next week and then it should be ready to give it a go.
Here it is sitting on its new trailer.
