Update: Got the xenon's fitted, bullets, shark fin style aerial and some fog tint. The tint might not be to everyone's taste but I think it goes well with the wheels :) ​For the eagle eyed; I know it's not ;)

All of the white mounts where snapped and kicking about in the housing along with a lot of other stuff. This way I could clean inside it too :)

No, I collected them. I knew they where in that condition (edit: once travelling to collect them). I just used my old mounts :) I've never quite understood that theory though, surely they take rougher shocks on the road with our potholes and speed humps than wrapped in bubble wrap in the back...

HID in reflector housing = Hi, I'mma Douche. Get projectors. By xenon, you mean standard halogen bulbs with "Xenon" gas? If so, they are fine.

Small update... I got a set of xenons :) The inside white mounts where broke so I had to take them and my old ones apart and use my old mounts :headbang: I hate dishonest sellers! You can see the chrome around the projector had dropped.

As long as the pcd and center bore are the same, as said above, 16" will fit fine.

I've been taught to take it easy on a cold engine. As long as the engine has been looked after (oil, belts, coolant...) and has warmed up 4-5k revs shouldn't do any harm, the engine has a rev limiter for a reason and that's set well below the tolerances. Ive heard the saying, "A red line a day...

I'll second that! There's nothing worse than an ignorant tw*t with hids in reflector housings :rolleyes: Regarding the headlight restoration, I used fine sand papers and that worked a treat and was much cheaper :)
