I don't know if 182s are the same, but the heavy and abrupt clutch in my 172 makes it harder to control too. Not impossible, but harder compared to aforementioned pleb cars...

I didn't even bother today. Took my daughter to school in her sledge :cool: and then took the wife's heavy diesel Verso to work, no probs. Don't think a lightweight Clio on F1s and a heavy clutch would be ideal. Plus the wife's is a lease car so should the worst happen...... :rasp:;)

Not in the Clio, no. Had TC on the Zafira we had before and it was brilliant tbh. Stormed up a snowy hill in 2nd with TC giving just enough power:grip - left many other cars behind stranded.

Three of us did a 200+ miles route around north Wales earlier in the year, including the Evo triangle, across to Bala, south to Dolgellau and Machynlleth and then north round Snowdon via Caernarfon and back to Betws. Brilliant roads. :race: Our next planned trip is to include the Elan Valley...
