    Help - Another fault code

Pre cat Lambda sensor, generally they get worse over time, car starts misfiring more and more to the point it almost becomes undriveable

Best engine oil to use on track days

I use Gaz Gold's, expect to pay around 1k though, both height and dampening adjustable, can't fault them to be honest. If budget allows AST's are another step up again but then you also pay a premium for them

Best engine oil to use on track days

I use this personally http://www.opieoils.co.uk/search/go?w=millers%205w40%20nanodrive whether it's the best is another matter, there's people on here that are much better qualified than me to argue which is best, I've used the above all year and there hasn't been any issue

    Drive shaft seized in hub

Hub puller over the end of the shaft may be enough to free it off, would give constant pressure rather than just the impact from a hammer

Rolling Road Tuning in Bristol Area?

Is that the garage next to the circuit?

    A/c delete

It does indeed, different bolt on brackets attach to the block and also uses a manual aux belt tensioner rather than the auto one on non cups.

I'd been hoping to make the last 2 races if the year with tricolore guys. Not so sure I'll make it though

    Another coilover thread ..

I know that feeling, finally got my car back earlier this week from having the new spec safety devices cage fitted, sooo much wiring to do :(

Front suspension refresh - seeking advice

Depends on how far you want to go really, most things are easily accessible (with the exception of steering rack bushes) If it's only road driving I'd suggest a pair of genuine lower arms as these will come complete with balls joints, inner and outer track rods, if the steering rack bushes...

Little road trip today to pick up an old friend, nice to have it back at last. Few quick photos for now until I've cleaned all the grinding dust up. Only downside is I now have plenty of wiring to re route. I may yet see the grid this year, fingers crossed Ads

    Injector o rings

Wow they've shot up in price, sure I only paid about 9 quid last year

Noobie with some questions about an MY04 1.2 Expression

Let's we if I can help  There is indeed a sender/pump under the rear seat, it screws onto the top of the tank and wiring runs across the floor under the rear bench. Possibly the wiring is caught and being stretched? I'd lean toward a wiring issue as it seems as though it's OK with no one...

New headliner on top of old

I wouldn't say they're that bad to change, a little awkward yes but not the worst job for sure. Grab handles are a pain, but otherwise as long as you get the headlining lined up correctly then you can't really go wrong.

Injectors replaced - one not responding

Wouldn't hurt to swap that injector with a different one just to make sure it isn't the injector itself at fault

    Max camber with camber bolts

You could go with adjustable wishbone bushes from powerflex, but they are expensive and only give an extra 3/4 of a degree camber

    Another coilover thread ..

Basically as @Adamxx has already said, they seem to work spot on for me. May end up softening the front a little as I improve other areas of suspension (geo kit/lsd etc) time will tell though. Haven't forget ten about a vid for you, can't find my sd card right now unfortunately

    Another coilover thread ..

I use 800 front and 450 rear on my golds, seems to work for me, along with pms top mounts, black series bushes all round and whiteline rear roll bar. Will be adding a geo correction kit from ACS Motorsport as soon as the car is back from having cage changed

    Another coilover thread ..

I run gaz golds, can't fault them other than having to wait about 7 weeks for them. Only used on track and car gets trailered everywhere so no idea about road use
