Which do you prefer?
I have had the K5 X series for over ten years & it has seen some work.
Just got a new one for £198 to replace when it finally packs up!
Testing for the race of remembrance next weekend.
The lap times were so consistent over 30 min periods.
Some very expensive metal on track, the gull wing merc sounded like a spitfire on flyby!
Cars in car park were not to shabby either :D
Wet trackdays I use normal road tyre pressure.
The normal racing lines become slower due to low grip & worn surface.
Love a wet day, nothing better than chasing down & passing cars that would leave you for dead if dry.
One trackday at Cadwell back in 2006 at least three got written off during the day, bit of a dent to the 501.
I had 187 for three & half years, did 17K, about 20 trackdays.
Still got the original Evo mags etc from when I decided to go for one.
Somewhere there is a photo of all the Trophy's at...
No idea, plenty quick enough out the box.
The combo of the sticky tyres, big brakes & diff are what I like.
What problem you got with the brakes?
Mine are awesome never give up, going to get the fluid swapped at service time ;)
Not noisy at all, the brembos on the 197/200 used to suffer from...
