Thank you, my version on OEM+ as mine comes with CSL wheels from standard but 0.5 inch narrower on the front. Parts bin special from BMW.
8.5/9.5 staggered 19 CSL original wheels
10J square 18 Apex (BBS RC301)
The apex wheels are a lot lighter (9kg for 18x10) and also a lot stronger. CSL...
I have CS/L front brakes, pads, calipers and carriers.
18x10 BBS CH's squares which are epic
Milltek cup racing exhaust with 100 cell
Immaculate black leather interior.
A pillar trims ideal for retrimming
Steering wheel controls and lower panel
2x Michelin Cup 265/35/18 tyres on 2.2mm tread
4x...
£18 ish to post them. Other option was like £13 second class, all because of the weight of the bolts.
Funny fact - those uprated bolts saved my life when my ex vandalised my old M3 and undone all the bolts but the locking one. Realised after I went round a roundabout.
Apex springs lower it...
Only just realised those are my spacers you bought haha!
Cars looking great, I'm a massive fan of CSL's but prefer the ride on 18's.
Best of both worlds is a set of Apex's or BBS RC's.
Photos look great, I would have grabbed some photos just down the street from the cathedral - lovely backdrop with the stone walls.
These Nissans are a bit chunky aren't they?
Car looks great, get the Jewish racing gold stickers - I think it looks great.
So you mentioned the suspension was Bilstein, I assume they use Eibach springs with them?
Nice looking BM, not sure on the splitters. You need to modify the exhaust.
I'd recommend actuators on that mileage. Huge upgrade from the GT86 on every level.
Cinnamon is my favourite interior, looks great!
The E46's are addictive that's for sure.
I may have a full set of Alcon 6/4pots for sale with Pagid RS29's soon if you're interested?
New rear style lights are a pain to install. Separate fog light to install in the centre of the diffuser I think.
Worth it though as they modernise the entire look.
Ben on here has fitted them onto his missus' car so might be able to advise further.
There is little excuse for incompetence by the garage Ohlins dampers are recogniseable.
I don't see the point in owning a fully kitted out Megane if it's not going to be used to its potential (Same can be said about all those super cars I guess). Nice car non the less.
Not sure I could bring myself to own a Vauxhall barge, must be polar opposites from an Evo?!
Wider wheels/spacers and a subtle drop would finish it perfectly.
Saw this on Instagram, quite surprised at how cheap the Armco was. Usually a lot more than that.
Car was held well when it let go, good control of the car and good awareness not to hit anything else when it did.
Could have happened to anyone.
Your lap looks like a good one, that Meg covers ground really well! Just got to attack the corners and ride the kerb/run off more in certain areas.
I have performance friction in the M3, I did 3 laps in a row and had limited brakes towards Adenau on the 3rd. (M3 standard brakes are dog s**t)...
The only year I haven't managed to get to this and the level of cars is better than ever..
Did they do the hill run like every year? I did it last year.. Then my gearbox went two weeks later
Megane looks great, glad you're getting some good use out of it after the rebuild.
I hope the weather picks up as I'm heading out in two weeks. What's that app for data logging? (Apologies if you've said)
