Well if the bearing isn't too expensive then it's worth a shot, at least you'll know it's got a new release bearing! Just make sure you have someone you can call if you need help.
Just ignore it, if you don't give them anything to reply to then you won't get any replies. It's only a bit of banter and you shouldn't take any offense.
Lighter wheels, poly windows, lighter exhaust, it all makes a difference. I'm sure matey will be getting a cage at some point too so your point is moot. TBH 'Martin off WC' although I'm sure he's a nice enough guy, sounds like a pikey with a bodged car. Clocks hanging on wires and straw seats...
Speaking of cups, I've been looking at the aluline cups, 7J with a 28mm offset. Are they much different to the ATS cups in terms of inner diameter? Ie would I be able to fit the 197 caliper inside on a standard disc?
I'm also interested in this, My whole wheel was so shiny it looked like normal leather so I gave it a bath in warm soapy water and a good scrub, emptied the water and repeated so that I didn't scrub dirt back into it and it came out excellent. Not perfect but a hell of a lot better, but I put...
I'll give that a go later, I just want a game that I can drift about on with good graphics that isn't need for speed. Oh and I assume you have all aids off?
Funnily enough McGherkin I was trying to drift in race 07 last night and it's VERY far from easy. I might have to get this at the end of the month, is there a demo/ cracked version available to see if it's worth me getting it?
I know the difference between a tyre and wheel and I know you're on about drilling the wheel not the tyre.
Like I said I personally wouldn't even entertain the thought.
These are your wheels, the only thing in contact with the road, and you want to drill them and start adding bolts? I wouldn't even entertain the thought but up to you, they're your wheels.
And no, we're not messing.
3krpm is the magic number ;)
I will add that motorway miles in a cup is a bit loud (not sure if it's really down to thinner glass) and I'm always wishing for cruise so if I was to get another clio I'd make sure it had cruise.
Looks like it may be the bonnet alarm, check and see if there's anything connected to the sensor pin. (the grey circle with the black pin) If not then connect it up, and lock your car, if there's a constant beep then the sensor needs replacing.
