    Whats your front bonnet seal like,is it intact? is your bonnet down on the adjusters proper so its a tight fit. Could also be drains channels etc are blocked i guess......

    Spec 2's are pure death traps in the wet, i ran a set for 3 months or so, worse tyres i have ever owned in the wet, fine in the dry. I've run Toyo proxies for years now, good all rounder you wont go wrong.

    2K paints (lacquers and such) once fully cured are a solvent barrier......unless you bath it in it for days, it should be ok. However be very careful you dont have any stone chips in the area you do put it on, as its possible it could get under it, and crinkle the edges or something similar.

    might try that aswell, I like the string thing, as the string cuts the glue foam stuff like a saw, anything that trys to lever the badge off could end in tears esp if its been repainted andthe primer not sanded before base coat or some other reason for poor adhesion.

    You can tell a mile off the bumpers look poorly sprayed / fitted and the sides look patchey to me, but it could well be my screen on the sides or that its dirty.
