Text checks don't seem to offer a proper guarantee, imo £2100 is a very good price for you and if i were in yours shoes i would take it but ultimately of course its your decision.
The Cat D relates to the registration of the car so i'd say it has been Cat D, The reg M40 CUO has also been recorded written off a couple of times but as you can see the dates are later than the original Cat D of the original Reg.
What HPI check did you do when you bought it?
Exactly as i read it mate. @McGherkin 10/10
Was it a proper hpi check you done when you bought it or a text check? we bought a bmw recently and done a proper check, was £20 i think, it has a garuntee with it as long as you put in the vin e.t.c, not sure how long that lasts though? perhaps you...
Yeah well done, it says he has done 3 check, it reads as if he has just done them and it came back as cat D (if he done 3 checks when i he bought it he would have known it was cat D back then)
10/10 for reading.
£2k is about right for a cat D 182, especially if it was cat D when it was only a year old - thats mega damage!
As someone said above though it may be related to a private plate transfer, when you bought it did you not do a hpi check? i assume it cost you nearly £4000?
A proper watch will still work in a few years the apple watch won't it has a shelf life.
The pricing is completely absurd, completely ridiculous, fair play to Apple though they know they have a fan base that can't see past the brand logo and they are playing on it.
This car is on ebay right now, 198bhp apparently - with a print out

I literally don't know why anyone would want one of these, completely useless without carrying your phone around so why would you want it? the price is stupid £400 for a stainless strap? £900 all in for the stainless watch? spend the £900 on a tag watch - it will still work and be worth money in...
I see he ended the listing, wonder what he got for it? don't know why anyone would pay a premium fro a trophy thats is cat C and minus every trophy specific part (except the paint)
I'd like to have a go at wrapping a car, wrapped loads of smaller bits in the past. I can imagine it being hard on cut outs in bumpers like the holes in a phase 1 front bumper would be an issue i think.
Been on ebay for around a year, normally at a buy it now price of £6k, its localish to me i was going to bid on it, but i think its going to go for to much and then would need further money spent on it to stop it looking so s**t.
These Apple watches are expensive, you could get a second Tag for the price of the cheapest one, and a proper gold exclusive Rolex for the most expensive version, neither the tag or the rolex will be worthless in 2 years.
Im looking to do track days with my cup, I've read a lot about the cook sport springs, how do they compare to your average coil overs? how low does the car sit on 15's? how does it ride?
Cheap commuting is what its all about, I run a Lupo Sdi (non turbo 60bhp) its slow, but easy to park and very very cheap to run, book says 64mpg but I've worked it out at 75mpg, being an old diesel it will also run on cooking oil (77p a litter) sometimes i hate it and will take use my S3 for a...
My friends one was in fast ford, its off the road atm for some engine work, i didn't really like it at first but i do now, its different to your normal escort (same lad also has a rs1600i, series 1 rs turbo, mk3 escort van, sapphire cosworth and probably some other stuff i haven't kept up with)...
