Its a lovely car Craig.. and a worthy substitute to a ph2 in LY. A tidy oem/+ ph1 is always a bit special in my view.. Tell us how the drive home goes, its always a memorable experience! :D
Haha... Can't argue with that mate lol.
I hate smoked in cars too, don't get me wrong. There was a mild whiff, but not the deep stench that some cars get. That's what I meant.
1 of possibly 15 Mars Red uk cars left! Worth high teens of anyone's money IMO. Even at £17.5k I think it's a good buy.
I didn't get there until quite late.. Rushed about saying hello etc to those I knew, quick bite to eat.. completely lost track of time and realised the car park was almost empty! Lol
cat171 - Sorry I didn't get to meet you dude.. Will try harder next time!
Pretty good crowd last night. Glad...
All previous owners were non smokers to my knowledge.. Steve only had a the car a few months too, do it didn't have the usual honking smokers car whiff and stains etc fortunately. It was a pleasure to drive back from Scotland. In fact, Ryan enjoyed it so much he got a speeding ticket.. Lol
Even better from inside the car on a track, the whole experience is a senses overload almost..! Wish I could have one as well as a road car. I fact I'd have half a dozen or more various v6's if I could.. Lol
I will not.
At least you've actually taken your v6 back to the mother land for a decent road trip. Unlike many folk that think the daily commute means 'driving'. That said though you're quickly filling into that category. Boy. :rasp:
I believe you'll also need a washer to space the wheel out a tad or it will rub. It's a popular mod for some of the v6 owners... Assuming the steering column etc is the same on a 182-v6?
Looking forward to seeing the latest incarnation of your car Ali..!
Re Goodwood, we now have 17 v6's booked in with track time, plus the static cars, plus all the Alpines and Gordini's
We were initially comparing colour coded to black/carbon. So my onion was that it did look more oem when c/c.
I'm sure Alan wont take it too personally that you think its ruined.. He's a decent lad :)
Anyway... they come charcoal black, out of the mould.. smart 4rse lol
Shush you..... :rasp:
