Good quality and very reasonabley priced, not sure if they're near enough for you?
37 miles from Bletechly.
I love my car, not more than my wife or girls, but I still love it. Its a peice of metal / plastic I know, but so is an Aston etc etc.. its what it means to me. If I want to rap it up for the winter months thats my business, its not harming you, can't see your problem really!?!?!?!
I don't bother with winter wheels.....
.....because i don't drive my car in the winter:rasp:!
Its kept nice and snug in the garage under its blanket with the battery plugged into its trickle / top up charger:approve:
Yes they will fit, and yes i have some for sale, but i think they'll be a bit too expensive for you if you only want them for track days:

They still make the Mk2 Ph2 from new, and yes the very base model, 1.2 8v with no frills, is available from £5995, but the car is very basic, no alloys, electric windows, or metalic paint.
It's f**king excellent for a bus, but it doesn't perform to well on the consumption front (av. 25mpg) and the superchip just makes it even more encourage-able, you find yourself trying to up set everyone, lol.
Oh, and the £80 to fill it is a little off putting too:(
I reckon I could change your mind there fella. If your ever in Bedfordshire drop me a PM and i'll take you out in the Gentleman's Lounge on wheels aka the Espace - it rocks!
Try and push your budget a little bit further and buy a Mk2:)
And as already stated, take a look at www.v6clio.net its full of info for Mk1's and Mk2's too.
184 bhp standard - now approx 220 bhp.
I not sure of 0-60 but its tooooo quick for a bus lol, always manage to upset a few people:approve:
Ask TomS what he thought of it - took him out for a spin in it the other weekend - think he was a little shocked to say the least!
