Yup, me too!! Unfortunately when you've got a vee, you tend to use the under bonnet space quite alot, bearing in mind there isn't alot of storage space else where, lol, so it would be great to be able to gas strut it! Oh well, needs some further investigation me thinks!!

That looks like the colour Dan! The dealer didn't have a colour swatch for it, or any other cars in that colour, so its a bit pot luck if its any good, looks alright in that pic though.

Yup, they are still making the old shape for another year or so. As far as i'm aware the production line has been moved to Czechovakia. Some one else might be able to shed more light on this?!?!

Well, all the 1.2 boys that have never driven a vee keep telling me that i've wasted my money and should of purchased an Evo or Scooby instead, so i thought i'd see what all the fuss is about and get my fat arse in a 1.2 for a change.

I fail to understand why everyone with vee's are not able to get up into the low 30's on the mpg front?? i've managed it on at least two occasions, once in the Mk1 and once in the Black Mk2:S Too many leaded boots about maybe;)
