I agree... that was back when FK rear lights were considered awesome, no one knew where to put the 'new Renaultsport badge' and everyone had Sportlines! I think I was one of the first to do a stupid colour on my wheels too back in 2009 (for road use anyway).

Do you mean a 4 inch tailpipe? That would look mental on a Clio! My Impreza had a 4.5 inch and that was like a moon crater.
I'd go for 3 inch or less for your particular car. My Clio has 3 inch outward rolled tips and looks the tits.
I mean the rubber inside the mount, it's a common problem for them to collapse. Purchasing a brand new one would solve the problem if that was it.

This might sound daft but has it got an engine cover on it? Someone I know had a problem similar and it was to do with the engine cover trapping heat and causing some sort of problem that I can't remember the details of.
The overrun map is just the performance map with the extras. I had mine on the overrun map for a week before I got sick of it and reverted to just the performance map.
