Mine shows nothing OTA. Plugged into my mac and it's downloaded an itunes update and tells me the phones due an update. I was on final stage beta. Edit: iTunes is now giving me an error message saying I don't have "permission I access the requested resource" ...?

I think there's a definite market for a robust cheaper I phone. My guess is the plastic will stand up better than the metal (5) version.

All is well my end. Battery is great. It's not crashing, can't see any glitches at all so far except eBay app won't scroll trough pictures. Brilliant. I think they've done a great job to be honest. I'd like a few more dynamic wallpapers though.

Same. My lock button broke. Replaced with no problem. Ios7 installed also. I only think they'd refuse you if it was a power charge issue which caused your phone to fail.
