I actually had them on my impreza and they are a great setup. I didn't get much of a chance to play around with setting it up for track though as only managed to get afew laps in at Silverstone before it got cancelled for a fatal crash :coldsweat:

I use the car a couple times a week but no major journeys or commute at the moment (work 2 miles away so I bike) it is my sole car though so any journey I do have will be in it. will have to drive to the ring on occasion also so 8/8 sounds bang on. would you guys say to have the BC top mounts...

looks like the BC DR's are a good buy (done some research on them since the review above) anyone else running different spring rates to the 8/8's? from your review the 8/8 sounds perfect just curious.

as title says, Looking at coilovers and the Gaz GHA coilover are very well priced and iv heard a good few things about them but how do they match/compare to the BC’s? Also the GAZ rears are a coilover/McPhearson design rarther than spring/shock. Does this work well or is it abit of a bodge...

Audi looks like a good shout. I know sweet FA about anything german made (other than the odd beemer) just had a quick look at audi a6’s on FleaBay and they are all mega mileage. Do they eat miles well? @Borstii

thanks bud, sent them an email and they rang me within 20mins, very nice over the phone. they suggested I do a 2 day course which is 6 hours on the Monday and then the test the Tuesday which comes to 440ish she recons. apparently they have a 90 something % pass rate which is 3 time national...

sent these guys a message as it doesn't say how much it is on their site just the cost of assessment and test (£140) you guys are right should just take my test and wont have to worry/will be safer. how much do these test/courses usually cost?

hey guys, As most people the whole towing with a post 1997 license if baffling me. im sure its obvious what the law states to some people but I cant get my head around it. from what I understand I cant tow over 3500kg total. what setups are you using? looking to buy a daily/tow car and abit...

Hey guys, Seen a lot of posts (especially recently) about wheel stud conversions failing and loosing a wheel on track, even after being torques up after each session etc. Are some people unlucky or doing something wrong or are they still a safe thing to do? want to do mine for spacers and ease...

whats caused the gearbox to go bad so quickly? didn't you have it rebuilt in march? loving the progress, keep the updates coming

that's my thinking currently, I cant see it being unbearably bad not having PAS/EPAS id have thought it would have been the best "driver focused" option

Iv had the same problem with UCH mounting, after speaking to a few people on here iv bent the original bracket out abit and managed to refit that. ideally id love to bin it off in the future but without any guides it probably will never happen. will upload a pic of what iv done later today...

are you going EPAS or just full non assisted steering? cant wait to see this with some seats and a cage :)

Sooo the Clio has some Christmas presents. The Mrs brought me a sabelt wheel and i treated myself...i mean the clio to some new bits. Had mega running issues which I believe to be down to an injector so orderd 4 new. New vibratechnics mounts, correct boss with tabs for steering wheel, brembo...

Im in. I know noone though so feel free to come say hi 😅
