So iv brought a full bolt in cage (made by sassa) it comes with spreader plates that need to be cut down (120mm squared if im correct) my plan was to put a plate inside and outside the car but iv read on a different forum that its not needed...my general thought is more strength the better or am...
I also had trouble getting mine to seal properly. mine also clicks/ticks when backing off the throttle or accelerating sharply...think I need new engine mounts :laughing:

So got my hands on some of the Cm Composite full moulded door cars, has anyone fitted these before and have any pics of where you drilled and what you used to mount them with? don't want to use rivets. also have you used anything like a seal to stop any vibration noise or isn't that...
cant decide if I should get new OE arms or get some black powerflex bushes, iv been doing abit of online digging and a lot of pre 2012 posts are saying the powerflex bushes are utter rubbish, seems post 2012 they revised the design from the purple to the black one that don't need tack welding...
only other things to try are, clean the throttle body, map, coolant temp sensor. don't think they are really related to your problem but still.
have you had it pluged into any diagnostic equipment see if anythings logged?

Are all clio 182 shafts the same length? Finding conflicting info on them. Some say the ph1 and ph2 are differant but all variants within each phase are the same. Other are saying each model is different. So will any ph2 182 driveshaft fit my 182 ff?

The sr20DET engine is good but youd be into mega mega money, anythings possible just depends how deep your pockets are. Tbh the k20a would be a better shout if u wanted to do a daft swap but tbh its abit pointless when other options are available (i.e buying a 197 or a ep3....) all this sounds...
