This has come along tremendously well! And it's nice to know that there are people out there who are willing to save rather than scrap cars. Great work!
If I'm within 15 miles of a petrol station then I'll happily run it until the fuel light comes on, but if I'm doing a long journey I'll fill up once it gets as low as the lowest white bar on the gauge.
Same place as before - Morrison's? Then we could go up to that place near Rackheath if it's decent for pics. Failing that there's the other graffiti wall along the front of Sovereign House, though I'm not sure about ease of access for cars there.
This thread gives a bit of guidance on what to do if you're buying a 2nd hand RS tuner:

You will need to get an unlock code (£90 IIRC) if you intend to buy a 2nd hand one, and maps are separate and...

I was only thinking yesterday that it had been a while since us lot had a meet! Definitely up for this. I'll have a think about where we could go for some pics :) In terms of when, next Friday perhaps? Or the following Friday? I'm pretty flexible as long as it's an evening or weekend.
Seconded. Took my Cup to Cit-Ren for cambelt, dephaser (with oil change), waterpump and tracking. £600 all in which is a great price and I can only say positive things about the service. Turns out the old belt kit hadn't been fitted correctly by the garage the previous owner had taken it to and...
The RS Tuner doesn't cost £360. A new one excluding any maps is 199 Euros whilst second hand ones are often for sale around here between £100-150 (read this thread before going down that route though).
I've changed mine - it's not a massive job but as martin182 says, it's a bit fiddly because of the limited access for your hands. I'd also advise using some ramps if you're going to do it yourself!
