I think best to get the 9am slot as looking to get there around that time & every time we have been,we have stayed for a while & have never been told to move on.

At the moment i was looking at the Shell Station at Birchanger Services for a meeting point,as easy to get to for most i think.

That would be great mate if you dont mind doing that.I guess it will be an early start,depending on how long your route will take us & would say look to get there for 9-10am?

Will look into that mate,i normally go to events early 1st thing but,C&M starts to pick up get around mid morning/midday so maybe will be better for seeing other cars.See what they say monday when i speak to them.

C&M are calling me Monday morning,so just pencil things in for now people.As im sorting out our own parking area & maybe able to do earlier dates in July if more interest from you all.

Just got a reply from C&M about the dates & they have a couple of weekend events that will get opened up very soon,hence why you cant book any dates of the above mentioned.

Just looking at there ticket selection & theres a jump from the 4th of july to the 24th with no option to select any dates between them.

Well 10th & 11th is a No as its Air Cooled weekend for VW/Campers etc.

There is a few coming from essex,so yes will do a meet to drive up together if people are interested on doing that.

I was thinking about next month,july?. On one of these dates. 10th Sat,11th Sun 17th Sat 24th Sat,25th Sun Or August But not the 14th & 15th i cant do those dates.

Good mate,its quiet away from me also & i guess others also,but gives us all chance to meet up being no CSF & also its nice to meet up & drive up together then also see other cars have a coffee etc.
