Thanks for the reply, so they've been moved more towards the centre of the wheel so are no longer on the smaller circumference part of the inner wheel?
I wouldn't be so sure lol, that's why I'm upgrading to brembo 4 pots and ds1.11 albeit its ALOT more track biased than road, once you start boosting and having a little play especially on B roads youl be on the brakes a lot more than you realise
I've found using a microfibre/noodle wash mitt is nest, I have various brushes yet still use the mitt, just make sure your wearing latex gloves under the mitt, also the mit helps the wheel cleaner foam as you agitate the wheels
I'm selling mine standard caliper fitment, they've done 2.5 track days not sure what material is left but they look half used at most if your interested to try them before paying full price?
Ds2500 will not eat your wheels, I had new white wheels done a trackday with them using ds2500 pads the wheels weren't washed for a week so the sun had been at them aswell, all they needed to he back to brand new again was smart wheels at 4:1 and agitation with a wash mitt
Hi all I'm fitting my megane 4 pots with the 280mm brackets under 15" pro race 1.2 et 35, I'm going to use 10mm spacers, question is will the caliper clear the wheel weights or will I have to have them mounted on the out side of the wheel?
Thanks
Depends how much you want to spend lol if you just want the noise get the stage 1 kit clio turbo offer but with the gt2560 turbo so can run up to 250 if you need to, mine is 250bhp on low boost on a gt2860 and that's about perfect power for traction etc, that's with a quaife
If your going to track it stick n/a or low blow super charged, if you want to turbo it and have it as a track then expect to spend big money, there is a lot of things you need to upgrade and ' future proof ' especially if you want it to last and be realiable whilst on track
Clio turbo offer fitted and DIY kits the DIY kits are a fair bit cheaper than fitted, but fitted includes the mapping aswell I'd choose clio turbo over engine dynamics
If you want to compete hill climbs and be quick around the track and Go with a turbo I'd say go low boost 230-250 bhp, around 250 was near on perfect today at croft wound the boost up so was over 300 and yes it was a lot quicker but was my lap times any quicker?.... Not really as I was...
DONT ring him he's a c"nt your best off ringing Ast HQ direct in Holland, they all speak English and are a lot more helpful and true to there word unlike Curtis

Find a B road come to a tight corner 2nd gear mid corner foot flat with traction control
Off, if it has a diff youl be able to tell! Itl pull you around the corner sounds daft but youl
Feel the diff grip
Will write a project/update thread at some point when I get chance but it's all @Andyrg@ ClioTurbo execllent work! Out on track on the 6th July so hopefully have some footage of it then
Around 300/300 atm on a gt2860 not sure what duty the injectors are at but boost is 1.1bar, don't you mean you were getting surge between 1/2 and 1/4 tank? Surely not once it got below 3/4?
Same set up as me currently then, yet to take
Mine on track I'm hoping I won't get any surge, was it only when running on slicks you were having bother?
